Component preparation<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

An important focus is on component preparation. We treat printed circuit boards and sensitive components carefully and dry them according to their properties (NORM IPC\/JEDEC J-STD-020, J-STD-033x) gently and in line with specifications. <\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n

SMD assembly<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

We use a Mycronic jet printer for each of our two SMD assembly lines, which applies the solder paste precisely to the PCBs. The JUKI assembly lines can assemble PCBs with a width of up to 360 mm and a length of 800 mm with high speed and precision. SMD assemblies are then soldered using a vapor phase soldering system that can accommodate PCBs up to 610 x 610 mm in size. Maximum PCB size: 610 x 360 mm <\/p>\n\n\n\n

THT assembly<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

The soldering of leaded components (THT) can be carried out either with a lead-free (RoHS) or leaded wave soldering system or in a lead-free selective soldering process on one of our two ERSA Versaflow systems. Our wave soldering system is capable of soldering PCBs up to a width of 380 mm, while PCBs up to 400 mm wide and 600 mm long are possible in the selective soldering systems. THT components are prepared manually using mechanical, pneumatic and electrical cutting and bending equipment. <\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n

Inspection<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

To ensure that all assemblies meet the highest quality standards, they are both visually inspected and tested using our SAKI 3D AOI system. This system can inspect assemblies up to a length of 870 mm and a width of 686 mm. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

For inspections relating to prototyping and batch production, we use the EFA inspection system, which offers quick and straightforward comparison testing versus a sample component.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n

Rework<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Our Rework Station from Martin GmbH handles any component replacement or repair work needed \u2013 including BGAs.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n

Sustainable part cleaning<\/h3>\n\n\n\n
