Based in the Hamburg metropolitan region, ATP Elektronik GmbH has become an established provider of electronics manufacturing services since its formation in 1990. We specialise in the production of electronic and electromechanical modules, especially in medium-volume batch sizes and to the highest tolerances. Our after-sales services are based around long-term, close collaboration with customers and technical affinity with our business partners.

To ensure a high level of quality throughout this process, our Quality Management System has been certified to ISO 9001 since 2006 and all our PCBs meet the IPC A 610, class 2 standard. We can also manufacture to class 3, if required by your project.
We also implement a comprehensive set of safeguards against damage from electrostatic discharge (ESD) within our manufacturing process, so as to provide an optimum level of protection to these sensitive electronic components. Our in-process documentation ensures that your goods are shipped out in perfect condition, protected by static dissipative plastic packaging.
While development projects are all about scale, the reverse is true for components: the handling of microelectronics requires technical expertise and continuous monitoring. Tailored precisely to your development and manufacturing project, our continuous monitoring produces a quote for you that accounts for pricing, quality and availability on the global market. We also provide support for tracking down end-of-life components or alternatives that best match your needs and requirements. When it comes to procuring highly specialised parts or parts that are likely to have been discontinued, we draw on the services of hand-picked, independent international component distributors.
We have been an active member of FED (Fachverband Elektronik-Design e.V.) since 2014, where we engage in dialogue with other EMS providers to ensure our manufacturing services remain state of the art.
We are strong advocates of teamwork and a professional working environment. In 2021, ATP Elektronik GmbH moved across Hamburg from Halstenbek to Norderstedt. Our new premises provide 1,500 m² for production as well as 350 m² of office space and 200 m² for staff facilities. Occupational safety and health is both promoted and put into practice at all times. Our employees form a cohesive team that identifies strongly with ATP Elektronik as a company, a fact reflected by our low levels of employee turnover and the dedication shown by our workforce. In particular, our colleagues take personal responsibility seriously, together with a strong interest in quality management.
