Production: Size Can Vary – Quality Is Constant

We take a quality-conscious approach to solutions that offer long-term cost-effectiveness. If needed, we can also review and optimise your production strategy with the aim of identifying and implementing potential savings.
Our EMS business encompasses smaller- and medium-sized batch sizes but can scale up to large production runs, with a strong focus on in-house production up to and including the IPC class 3 standard.
As a contract assembler, production is where we excel. There are a number of entry points to the electronic engineering process, and we are happy to provide advice and assistance at all of these stages. We can also save you both time and money with our software development and inspection services for the manufactured products.
Services provided by ATP Elektronik GmbH cover a range of tasks, such as SMD assembly and vapour-phase reflow. Any design – up to 0201 or micro BGP – can be populated on both sides, with a maximum board width of 360 mm. Vapour-phase soldering techniques can be used on boards up to a width of 610 mm and a length of 610 mm.
We also offer conventional methods (THT, mechanical assembly up to 400 mm) and mixed-mode assembly. Soldering work can be either lead-free (pursuant to European Union legislation, RoHS Directive 2011/65/EU) or leaded – although the latter, while feasible, must be both unavoidable and legally permissible.
Our team also offers prototyping services: we will be happy to advise you on how to minimise costs before high-volume production starts. To optimise your products for quality compliance, we conduct individual tests – including functional testing and random sampling – with visual inspection of the finished goods to AQL and IPC standards. For in-circuit and high-voltage testing, we draw on the experience of leading testing companies from the industry. We can also offer you made-to-measure assembly services for your devices.
